Financial Consultant, Structured Credit and Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Recognize the working capital and corporate debt needs of companies with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a benchmark of two structured contracts per week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to authenticate proposals.

• Offer commercial support to mid-sized and large firms in the industrial sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven active portfolio and direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large companies with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Extensive knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding initiatives, such as BNDES and comparable institutions.

• Familiarity with financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects and assess working capital and corporate debt needs.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Significant commercial experience serving Middle Market and Large Corporate clients, with an active portfolio and established relationships in the industrial sector.

• Professional experience preferred: less than 1 year.
