Financial Consultant – Structured Credit and Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine the working capital and corporate debt needs for companies with annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination activities, aiming for a benchmark of two structured contracts per week.

• Engage with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Operate within the agribusiness sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A well-established, active portfolio along with direct, demonstrable connections with C-level executives, CFOs, and stakeholders of mid-sized and large companies with annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Solid understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management firms, private funds, and institutional/federal funding programs, including BNDES and similar organizations.

• Proficiency in financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret complex working capital and corporate debt projects and their requirements.

• Strong proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven approach, operational discipline, and excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Agribusiness.

• Extensive senior commercial experience supporting mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established relationships in the agribusiness field.

• Preferred professional experience: less than one year.
