Financial Consultant – Structured Credit and Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Source, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for firms with annual revenues surpassing BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a benchmark of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Offer commercial support to mid-sized and large enterprises, especially within the industrial sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established and active portfolio with direct, proven connections to C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large firms generating over BRL 15 million in annual revenue.

• Hands-on knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources such as BNDES and comparable entities.

• Familiarity with financial statements, credit theses, valuation practices, and financial engineering principles.

• Capability to decipher intricate projects along with working capital and corporate debt necessities.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, as well as robust negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Extensive senior commercial experience serving mid-sized and large corporations (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and well-established connections in the industrial sector.
