Financial Consultant – Structured Credit and Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Recognize working capital and corporate debt financing requirements for companies with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing prerequisites.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a target of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Cater to mid-sized and large industrial firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven active portfolio and direct, verifiable connections with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large enterprises with annual revenues over R$15 million.

• Hands-on understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources, such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Familiarity with financial statements, credit analyses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to decipher complex corporate working capital and debt financing projects and needs.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and robust negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Extensive senior commercial experience with mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), maintaining an active portfolio and established relationships in the industrial sector.

• Preferred professional experience: less than 1 year.
