Financial Consultant – Structured Credit and Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, evaluate, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Assess working capital and corporate debt needs for companies generating annual revenues above BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing requirements.

• Maintain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a benchmark of two structured contracts weekly.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to affirm proposals.

• Serve mid-sized and large enterprises (Middle and Large Corporate) across various industrial sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven active portfolio and direct, demonstrable connections with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large firms with annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• In-depth understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Proficient in financial statements, credit analysis, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and needs.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven focus, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Extensive senior commercial experience working with mid-sized and large companies (Middle and Large Corporate), possessing an active portfolio and established relationships within industrial sectors.
