Financial Consultant, Structured Credit and Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Recognize working capital and corporate debt financing needs in companies generating annual revenues above R$15 million.

• Analyze project requirements and financing needs.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a benchmark of two structured transactions every week.

• Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A well-established active portfolio with direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large enterprises that exceed R$15 million in annual revenue.

• Solid understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional or federal funding sources such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Proficiency in financial statements, credit analysis, valuation, and financial engineering techniques.

• Capability to interpret intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and their requirements.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational rigor, along with strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Extensive commercial experience working with mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), maintaining an active portfolio and established connections across various industrial sectors.
