Financial Consultant, Structured Credit and Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for businesses with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a target of two structured contracts each week.

• Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Provide services to clients in the industrial sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established active portfolio and direct, verifiable connections with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large enterprises with annual revenues above R$15 million.

• Practical understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources, such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Proficiency in financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and requirements.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, as well as strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Extensive senior-level commercial experience serving mid-sized and large businesses (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established connections in the industrial sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
