Financial Consultant – Structured Credit and Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for companies generating annual revenue exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a target of two structured contracts weekly.

• Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to verify proposals.

• Operate within the agribusiness sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A well-established and active client portfolio with direct, demonstrable connections to C-level executives, CFOs, and stakeholders of mid-sized and large firms generating over BRL 15 million annually.

• In-depth understanding of credit structures, FIDCs (Brazilian Credit Rights Investment Funds), asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal credit lines, including BNDES and similar organizations.

• Proficiency in financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects alongside working capital and corporate debt necessities.

• A proactive approach, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and robust negotiation and closing abilities.

• A highly experienced commercial profile catering to mid-sized and large enterprises (Middle Market and Large Corporate), possessing an active portfolio and established connections within agribusiness.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Agribusiness.

• Competencies: Client portfolio management, sales analysis, corporate finance, finance, and financial analysis.
