Financial Consultant, Structured Credit and Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions that involve structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Recognize working capital and corporate debt needs for companies generating annual revenues over BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a target of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Function within the agribusiness sector.

• Cultivate long-term corporate relationships and align business needs with funding sources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A well-established active portfolio and direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large firms with annual revenues surpassing BRL 15 million.

• Comprehensive understanding of credit structures, FIDCs (Brazilian credit receivables investment funds), asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding programs such as BNDES and similar entities.

• Proficiency in financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and requirements.

• Proactive approach, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.

• Extensive senior commercial experience catering to mid-sized and large corporate clients (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established connections in agribusiness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Agribusiness, or Business Administration.

• Skills include sales management, sales consulting, client portfolio management, and financial analysis.
