Financial Consultant, Structured Credit and Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for businesses generating over R$15 million in annual revenue.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a target of two structured contracts each week.

• Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to verify proposals.

• Cultivate corporate relationships and tailor bespoke credit transactions for companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A well-established client portfolio with direct and demonstrable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large firms with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Solid understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding programs such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Proficiency in financial statements, credit analyses, valuations, and financial engineering principles.

• Capability to interpret intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and their requirements.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

• Active client portfolio.

• Experience in sales as a Sales Consultant.

• Skills in financial analysis.

• Extensive experience at a senior level in commercial roles serving mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established connections in industrial sectors.
