Financial Consultant, Structured Credit and Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, evaluate, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Assess working capital and corporate debt financing requirements for companies with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing needs.

• Maintain ongoing origination activities, targeting a benchmark of two structured contracts per week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals.

• Focus on serving mid-sized and large enterprises, particularly in the industrial sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established and active portfolio with direct, demonstrable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large companies with annual revenues over R$15 million.

• Solid understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management firms, private funds, and institutional/federal fund programs such as BNDES and similar entities.

• Proficient in financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capable of interpreting complex projects as well as working capital and corporate debt requirements.

• Demonstrates proactivity, commercial insight, results-oriented mindset, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Extensive senior commercial experience working with mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate) with an active portfolio and established relationships in the industrial sector.
