Financial Compliance Expert – CL Funnel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Complete a written intake of approximately 15 minutes regarding compliance practices.

• Outline daily workflows, time distribution, and essential processes relevant to the position.

• Clarify how seasoned professionals differentiate within the compliance and financial-crime sectors.

• Highlight where AI fails in compliance tasks, providing concrete casework examples.

• Discuss often overlooked or hidden facets of compliance work.

• Offer comprehensive and specific insights to define the framework for future compliance projects.

• Engage in initiatives aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current or recently active professional in compliance and financial crime.

• Background in first line, second line, internal audit, or external advisory roles.

• Expertise in KYC/CDD, client onboarding, transaction monitoring, AML investigations, sanctions and screening, fraud and disputes, trade and communications surveillance, conduct and consumer-protection compliance, regulatory reporting and change, or compliance testing and assurance.

• Preferred certifications include CAMS, CGSS, CFCS, CFE, CRCM, an ICA diploma, or FINRA registrations; however, substantial domain experience without formal credentials is also acceptable.

• Ability to provide detailed and specific written responses regarding the mechanics of compliance work.

• Must be capable of operating as an independent contractor.

• Candidate must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
