This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the evaluation and revision of the basis of estimate (BOE) and cost narratives in accordance with RFP specifications.

• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses, focusing on staffing configurations, rate assumptions, and fee strategies to develop competitive bids.

• Examine historical program financials and operational performance to guide win themes, value propositions, and suggested efficiencies.

• Evaluate the financial feasibility of new offerings, tools, or services, such as managed services, cloud migrations, and analytics solutions.

• Aid in pipeline and portfolio analysis, which includes revenue and margin forecasts as well as risk and opportunity assessments.

• Provide data-driven insights regarding staffing choices, investments in tools/technology, and process enhancements.

• Assist in articulating the financial implications of solution modifications, including cloud migration of disaster recovery, automation, and new service offerings, on the existing program and recompete strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with fourteen (14) years or more of experience; Master's degree with twelve (12) years or more of experience; PhD or JD with nine (9) years or more of experience.

• Typically possesses 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, program control, FP&A, or business analysis.

• Experience in supporting government contracts within a defense, federal, state/local, or similar framework.

• Strongly preferred experience in contributing to recompetes, proposals, pricing, or capture activities.

• Experience collaborating directly with Program Management, Capture, and Business Development teams to aid in opportunity pursuit and portfolio expansion.

• Proficient in MS Office products and Microsoft SharePoint.

• Must be a US Citizen.
