This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in choosing the most suitable provider for After Tax Brokerage Accounts.

• Offer information and guidance regarding qualified plan distributions, loans, investment options, and plan regulations.

• Determine suitable IRA types and effectively communicate recommendations.

• Navigate the internal PFC 529 website to obtain college savings plan details.

• Develop a knowledge base and convey the advisor relationship to employees.

• Manage customer and support interactions.

• Work autonomously to troubleshoot, research issues, and formulate solutions.

• Educate callers on retirement and education funding principles.

• Collaborate with Call Center and Defined Contribution Client Teams to meet objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial sector.

• Must hold the FINRA SIE certification.

• Capable of obtaining FINRA Series 6 License and 63 License within 6 months of hiring.

• Familiarity with the securities industry, brokerage investing, and company offerings.

• Ability to employ conceptual thinking to identify patterns, apply concepts, and simplify complex information.

• Skill in educating callers about intricate retirement and education funding concepts.

• Proficient in listening to customers and understanding both expressed and unexpressed needs.

• Strong rapport-building and interpersonal skills.

• Collaborative skills to engage effectively with colleagues within the Call Center and Defined Contribution Client Teams.

• Ability to use data to objectively persuade and influence customers.

• Skill in asking relevant probing questions to evaluate customer needs.

• Authorized to work in the United States without needing current or future visa sponsorship.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.
