This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Manage PCard transactions, check requisitions, purchase orders, and standing orders.
• Offer administrative and clerical support to the financial department of the Kern National Network for Flourishing in Health.
• Ensure accurate financial and business transaction data and generate reports.
• Prepare, record, and validate financial information.
• Calculate, post, and process transactions along with clerical finance-related assistance.
• Collaborate with MCW and external vendors to address purchasing concerns.
• Organize and compile reimbursement expense reports.
• Research and liaise with external suppliers to facilitate purchasing processes.
• Aid in ordering office supplies and materials.
• Complete MCW purchasing forms as assigned, including those for contracting, event-related activities, and non-salary cost transfers.
• Maintain relevant accounting files.
• Assist with special projects as required.
• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of educational qualifications.
• Proficiency in economics, accounting, mathematics, administration, English language, law, government, and human resources.
• Competence in resource management, mathematics, problem-solving, coordinating work activities, critical thinking, systems analysis, operations analysis, time management, writing, active listening, and active learning.
• Clarity in speech, ability to recognize speech, and finger dexterity along with wrist-finger coordination while using computers.
• Capacity to occasionally lift moderate-weight materials.
• Capability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to detect and interpret speech or other forms of communication.
• May occasionally need to differentiate colors and assess relative distances between objects.
