This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist with the financial and administrative operations of the department.

• Oversee and manage financing processes.

• Maintain and analyze spreadsheets, reports, and performance metrics.

• Process and validate financial information.

• Offer support for the operational needs of the department.

• Monitor deadlines and follow up on requests effectively.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to synchronize activities and address outstanding issues.

• Recognize opportunities for enhancing processes.

• Contribute to the efficiency and quality of outputs from the Shared Services Center.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• A degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with financial and administrative processes.

• Knowledge or experience with financing processes is advantageous.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

• Capability to analyze and manipulate data effectively.

• Understanding of how to prepare and monitor reports and performance indicators.

• Experience with financial systems and/or ERP systems is a plus.

• Strong skills in process organization and control.

• A proactive mindset.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• An analytical approach.

• High attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Capability to work efficiently as part of a team.

• Agility in problem-solving.

• Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.

• Previous experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) is preferred.

• Experience in financial or administrative roles is desirable.

• Understanding of operational indicators and financial controls is a plus.
