This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to aid in business planning and decision-making.

• Utilize accounting principles to assess financial data and generate reports.

• Compile monthly expense summaries and direct costs accompanied by detailed analysis.

• Track financial performance indicators and detect trends or discrepancies.

• Review payment arrangements.

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial performance.

• Provide services to Trillium Health Resources, a Tailored Plan and Managed Care Organization serving 46 counties throughout North Carolina.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with six (6) years of experience in accounting, finance, business, or financial analysis, including financial data analysis and report preparation, or journal entry preparation and account reconciliation; OR an Associate's degree with four (4) years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of applicable experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Residency in North Carolina is mandatory.

• Ability to travel within the designated catchment area as needed.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

• Preferred: Experience with provider payment operations, financial reconciliations, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable financial system.

• All applicants must successfully pass a drug test as a prerequisite for employment.
