Financial Analyst – FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and analytical reports.

• Take ownership of the long-term financial planning model.

• Create and maintain cash flow forecasts for the enterprise.

• Perform revenue analysis for the enterprise and pinpoint trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Construct financial models for strategic initiatives, new business ventures, and operational enhancements.

• Collaborate with the Development and Operations teams on new and strategic growth analyses.

• Prepare financial analyses and presentations for executive-level stakeholders.

• Contribute to initiatives related to acquisition integration and value creation.

• Examine financial and operational performance to uncover areas for improvement.

• Work collaboratively across departments to aid in planning and decision-making processes.

• Advocate for FP&A best practices.

• Execute other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Finance, or Accounting.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing executive reports.

• Familiarity with Planful, Sage Intacct, or similar systems is preferred.

• Prior experience in healthcare finance is advantageous.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and business partnership skills.

• Commitment to Envision’s Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies.

• Participation in annual Compliance training is necessary.

• Minimal travel is anticipated.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
