Financial Analyst – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and tracking operational metrics.

• Evaluate financial data and develop financial models to facilitate business decisions.

• Create financial summaries, reports, and presentations for business partners and executive leadership.

• Collaborate with business and operational leaders to deliver financial insights and support decision-making processes.

• Examine trends, forecasts, and business performance, recommending optimization opportunities.

• Aid initiatives focused on cost savings, efficiency improvements, and financial enhancement.

• Reconcile financial transactions while identifying and rectifying data discrepancies.

• Assist in headcount tracking, sales compensation analysis, and other FP&A tasks.

• Undertake additional financial analysis and reporting projects as assigned.

• Report to the Director of Finance Operations and work alongside Finance and cross-functional business partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with Workday, Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights, and OfficeConnect is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in financial modeling and analytics.

• Experience in working with financial data, forecasting, and reporting.

• SaaS experience is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Exceptional data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
