This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute financial analyses, examine budget versus actual reports, and update project forecasts.

• Facilitate monthly project evaluations with project management to maintain consistent and precise project data, while identifying possible contract issues and additional scope.

• Conduct monthly project assessments with senior management to deliver a current financial snapshot and escalate any potential concerns.

• Collaborate with project management to price services that fall outside the contract scope and manage the review and approval process with senior management.

• Verify and ensure accurate monthly client billings in accordance with contract stipulations.

• Assist with departmental cost accounting functions.

• Evaluate collection challenges and escalate them as needed.

• Aid in the development of project budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or project finance.

• Demonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• In-depth knowledge of systems analysis methods, as well as the design and procedural principles used in big data analysis.

• Strong grasp of project management principles.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with Percent Complete accounting is a plus.

• Must reside and work within the United States.
