Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Develop and modify financial pricing models for potential clients

• Ensure that financial proposals are submitted according to the required specifications

• Adhere to pricing policies and procedures to guarantee that financial offers are accurate, profitable, and aligned with organizational goals

• Provide support to sales and sales development leadership in financial and pricing-related initiatives

• Collaborate across departments to formulate pricing strategies and proposals

• Coordinate with global pricing, sales, and sales development teams throughout the global sales process

• Promote regional innovation and efficiency by continually assessing and improving processes, procedures, and formats

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's, Associate's, or University degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience

• Significant experience in accounting or finance

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish

• Capability to work independently, exercising discretion and sound judgment

• Ability to collaborate in a team setting, acting as a role model, supporting management and staff, adhering to policies, providing constructive feedback, assisting with special projects, and taking on additional responsibilities

• Experience working with diverse, remote, and cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with the travel industry is an advantage
