Financial Administration Support, Oracle Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute the maintenance, configuration, and daily administration of global finance software applications for BETSOL’s clients.

• Set up software applications and modules, including application settings, administrative configurations, and data migrations as needed.

• Manage application role security in accordance with best practices and the global SOX control framework.

• Identify the suitable role security for new Finance applications and spearhead periodic control assessments with auditors.

• Handle user provisioning for Finance applications and manage associated change request tickets.

• Serve as the primary resource for managing Finance applications ticket boards.

• Collaborate with senior Finance leadership regarding the change pipeline and priorities for open tickets.

• Diagnose issues and outages within Finance software and its integrations.

• Assist outsourced partners in monitoring system performance.

• Evaluate application updates and software releases, planning and leading testing in collaboration with Finance process owners.

• Cultivate expertise to aid in training staff on new Finance technologies, processes, and systems.

• Contribute to the development of technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies for Finance applications.

• Address internal and external auditor requests related to Finance applications and technology.

• Assume responsibilities assigned to the Global Finance Applications Lead during planned absences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 4-6 years of professional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials within a corporate environment.

• At least 5 years of experience managing or administering vendor-hosted cloud applications, preferably finance applications like Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview.

• Strong resourcefulness and aptitude for problem-solving.

• Proven experience in supporting projects and collaborating with team members to achieve deliverables.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or a demonstrable equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience.

• Ability to work during US EST business hours.
