Financial Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial documentation and accounting transactions

• Ensure adherence to legal regulations and manage tax matters (VAT, CIT, WHT)

• Assist with audits for legal entities in Poland and Central Eastern Europe

• Record accounting transactions and guarantee prompt financial reporting

• Maintain, reconcile, and address P&L and balance sheet accounts

• Collaborate with regional finance teams and local business units

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance

• 5 to 10 years of experience in financial accounting

• Knowledge of Polish GAAP and US GAAP

• Hands-on experience with VAT, CIT, and WHT regulations

• Familiarity with working alongside external auditors and tax consultants

• Strong analytical abilities

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Polish and English

• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and Excel

• Experience with Blackline will be viewed as an asset
