Finance Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Enhance the integration of Claude, Microsoft Dynamics, and Anaplan.

• Create and implement AI agents and workflows to streamline manual finance reconciliation tasks.

• Manage finance transformation solutions from inception to completion.

• Examine inconsistencies between the Dynamics and Anaplan systems.

• Transform prolonged reconciliation procedures into quicker automated workflows.

• Mentor the finance team on the appropriate use of AI-driven tools.

• Act as the primary finance contact for issues related to system performance.

• Collaborate with engineering on requirements for the finance close process.

• Ensure data integrity and maintain a single source of truth throughout the finance ecosystem.

• Extract and organize data for internal and external auditing processes.

• Follow up on the resolution of audit findings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in deploying Claude or a similar AI system within a business environment.

• Familiarity with prompt design, workflow automation, API integration, and production-ready artifacts.

• Ideally, experience with integrations similar to Microsoft Dynamics.

• A technical background sufficient to interpret a data model and trial balance.

• Established ability to apply AI and engineering principles to intricate financial and accounting situations.

• Practical knowledge of audit processes.

• Experience in extracting and organizing data for both internal and external audits.

• Capability to follow through on the resolution of audit findings.

• Proficiency in working across both finance and engineering domains in a bilingual manner.
