Finance Subject Matter Expert – ALM Systems, Transformation & Business Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Map comprehensive billing and settlement workflows from start to finish.

• Integrate worldwide operational, accounting, and inventory management systems to standardize data models.

• Design and implement global frameworks for real-time tracking of inventory and asset valuation.

• Deliver detailed P&L transparency across various regions and channels.

• Conduct structured diagnostic assessments of regional invoicing systems.

• Ensure strong revenue recognition practices are in place.

• Establish frameworks for approvals.

• Enhance the timeline from asset receipt to cash collection.

• Align the global financial architecture during a phase of business expansion.

• Provide executive leadership with insights to enhance margin transparency and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Finance or Finance Transformation, particularly within the Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD) or Asset Lifecycle Management sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or Oracle.

• Strong familiarity with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tools.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing financial integrations following Mergers and Acquisitions.

• Experience working in complex multi-entity environments.

• Proven track record in designing data models for margin analysis.

• Outstanding stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to influence executive leaders effectively.

• Skill in translating complex financial requirements for both technical and operational teams.
