📋 Description

• Lead and guide a high-achieving team of pricing analysts and deal modelers.

• Supervise daily deal operations, distribute workload, and uphold operational throughput metrics across multi-regional pricing analysts and deal modelers.

• Manage intricate financial models, margin analyses, sensitivity grids, and evaluations of capital investments.

• Create, implement, and oversee strategic pricing frameworks for digital product and service offerings.

• Keep the centralized Cost Master current, including direct/indirect labor rates, equipment cost tables, and regional rate cards.

• Convert margin risks and deal tradeoffs into clear, decision-ready memos and executive presentations.

• Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate commercial decisions and escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Pricing and Deal Desk within B2B tech or IT services.

• More than 2 years of demonstrated people management experience, leading cross-functional or multi-regional deal teams.

• Established experience and in-depth knowledge of SaaS business models.

• Understanding of fundamental accounting principles (e.g., ASC 606).

• Proficient in financial modeling, margin analysis, unit economics, and capital investment evaluation.

• Outstanding executive presence with the capability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Legal, Operations, and BU Leadership on commercial escalations.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
