This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and manage costing models in collaboration with Finance that encompass resources, delivery, technology, and operations.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to uncover opportunities for profitability, assess risks, and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Solution teams to establish pricing strategies.
• Maintain commercial benchmarks and assumptions by leveraging market data, client insights, and historical performance analysis.
• Evaluate pricing effectiveness, margin trends, and cost-to-serve metrics.
• Assist in deal reviews by verifying pricing, profitability, and commercial assumptions.
• Uphold pricing standards, approval protocols, and margin controls.
• Connect Finance, Delivery, and commercial teams to ensure alignment between costing models and operational realities.
• Create tools, methodologies, and workflows to enhance the accuracy, speed, and scalability of costing and pricing.
• Develop dashboards and reports on deal performance, pricing trends, profitability, and compliance.
• Deliver costing, pricing, financial modeling, performance analysis, and actionable insights that support growth and profitability goals.
• Candidates must possess the legal right to live and work in the US.
• Must be based in the US.
• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial analysis, pricing, FP&A, revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in developing financial models, business cases, costing frameworks, or pricing analyses.
• Experience in supporting cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Operations, and business leaders.
• Proficient in using data to inform business decisions and drive commercial results.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A combination of education and relevant experience may be acceptable.
• Advanced coursework or certifications in financial modeling, pricing, analytics, or business intelligence are preferred.
• Familiarity with pricing strategy and profitability analysis.
• Experience with deal desk or commercial approval processes.
• Understanding of revenue, margin, and performance analytics.
• Knowledge of scenario modeling and forecasting.
• Familiarity with CRM, reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau).
• Exposure to shared services, outsourcing, RPO, managed services, staffing, consulting, or other service-oriented business models.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and VBA.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.
