Contracts and Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide support to the Contracts and Pricing department with minimal oversight.

• Collaborate with Supply and Marketing teams to manage contracts and customer setups.

• Identify challenges affecting commercial transactions and propose effective solutions.

• Analyze customer and contract data, suggest corrective measures, and facilitate resolutions.

• Assess customer and contract-related concerns, apply authorized solutions, and escalate issues needing further review.

• Oversee customer onboarding processes across various business functions and ascertain documentation and system requirements.

• Examine customer, pricing, and contract information for accuracy and identify discrepancies.

• Assist in generating reports and analyses for commercial stakeholders.

• Utilize SAP, Salesforce, Deal Capture, DTN TABS, Atlas, and Customer Portal for daily operations.

• Foster positive relationships with internal departments and external clients.

• Provide backup support for team members in the Contracts and Pricing department.

• Engage in training sessions related to contracts, pricing processes, systems, and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required.

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Ability to utilize advanced clerical and data entry skills based on established guidelines.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.

• Strong understanding of contract and pricing mechanics.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal communication.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Intermediate reading and writing skills.

• Capability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations.

• Familiarity with trade locations and navigation within SAP.

• Advanced proficiency in implementing new systems and procedures and assessing their effectiveness.
