Associate Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming contract requests from clients

• Develop analysis files based on the information received

• Monitor awards and provide internal pricing feedback

• Support sales and operations teams in RFP and bid management

• Update and manage initiatives through internal systems

• Collaborate with sales on customer inquiries or issues

• Oversee final bid submissions to third-party platforms alongside the assigned Account Manager

• Handle the RFP pipeline from pre-bid tasks to internal review

• Provide assistance with customer mini-bids

• Support bulk spot pricing requests and other contract-related ad hoc analyses

• Work with Sales, Account Management, Carrier Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Product teams to enhance the RFP process and fulfill customer expectations

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dynamic, results-oriented role

• Experience in process or bid management

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Background in high-pressure, deadline-focused environments

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Strong verbal and written English skills

• Experience in transportation/logistics is an advantage
