Finance Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily cash cycle across all business entities.

• Oversee substantial USD revenue transfers from Whop into UAE accounts.

• Daily funding of GBP/AED corporate cards for Meta advertising expenses.

• Create a real-time cash position overview for the founding team.

• Spearhead the transition from Pleo/UK setup to Qashio.

• Assess Whop's virtual card platform for automated Meta expenditures.

• Eliminate manual card topping by implementing tracking, reconciliation, and automation.

• Review manual procedures and automate repetitive tasks.

• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cash management, payments, refunds, and reconciliation.

• Supervise Emifast, the external bookkeeping partner, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in Xero.

• Provide a weekly cash and Profit & Loss overview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or senior finance roles.

• Experience in multi-currency, multi-entity environments with genuine transaction volume.

• Skilled in systems building — including SOPs, automations, and process design.

• Proficiency in Xero, Wise, and corporate card platforms (Pleo, Qashio, or similar).

• Actively incorporates AI in finance reporting or operational tasks.

• Experience overseeing external bookkeeping or accounting partners.

• Familiarity with UAE / DMCC entities (highly desirable).

• Background in performance marketing or high ad-spend environments (highly desirable).

• CIMA, ACCA, or CA qualification (highly desirable).
