Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of a designated finance unit

• Manage staff tasked with financial processes

• Direct activities related to financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting

• Supervise the preparation and evaluation of financial statements

• Track financial performance and assess risks, variances, and necessary corrective measures in relation to budgets and forecasts

• Oversee the performance, growth, and accountability of team members assigned to you

• Facilitate cross-departmental initiatives to ensure precise and timely financial operations and compliance

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree in a Business discipline with three (3) years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and/or creating and preparing financial reports; OR Bachelor’s degree in a Business discipline with one (1) year of experience in Accounting, Finance, and/or creating and preparing financial reports; OR equivalent combination of education and experience

• A valid driver's license is required

• Residency within North Carolina is mandatory

• Ability to travel within the catchment area as needed

• Preferred: Experience in claims payments and/or purchasing

• Preferred: Familiarity with the D365 Financial System and/or Conduent Meditract system

• Preferred: Supervisory experience of two (2) or more employees

• All applicants must successfully pass a drug test as a condition of employment
