Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial analysis and reporting activities.

• Play a significant role in financial analytics and/or the preparation of financial statements.

• Evaluate technical financial aspects.

• Review, analyze, and verify the accuracy of financial and statistical reports for management presentations.

• Supervise staffing functions, including recruitment, hiring, performance assessments, and compensation decisions.

• Conduct specialized financial studies and forecasts.

• Formulate recommendations to aid in financial decision-making.

• Create, develop, and adjust financial models using suitable databases.

• Manage designated special projects, encompassing research, forecasting, and investigating feasible alternatives.

• Offer proactive suggestions for enhancing operational efficiencies.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to facilitate strategic decision-making, enhance financial performance, and ensure responsible resource management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education.

• Five years of relevant experience.

• Proven track record of progressive leadership responsibilities.

• Capability to frequently lift/carry and push/pull items weighing 0–25 lbs.

• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive movements with feet/legs and hands/arms.

• Proficiency in using vision and depth perception for both near and far distances, along with color differentiation.

• Competence in using hearing and speech for verbal communication and to detect alarms or malfunctioning equipment.

• Frequent use of keyboard/data entry.

• Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, and grip.

• Capacity to occasionally lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing 25–50 lbs.

• Rarely required to climb.

• No professional license or certification is necessary.
