Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial analysis and reporting activities.

• Play a significant role in financial analytics and/or preparation of financial statements.

• Evaluate technical financial aspects.

• Review, scrutinize, and verify the accuracy of financial and statistical reports for management's review.

• Manage staffing functions including recruitment, hiring, performance assessments, and compensation decisions.

• Conduct specialized financial studies and projections.

• Formulate recommendations to support financial decision-making.

• Design, develop, and refine financial models utilizing appropriate databases.

• Oversee assigned special projects, encompassing research, forecasting, and evaluation of feasible alternatives.

• Propose proactive strategies to enhance operational efficiencies.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of five years’ experience with demonstrated progressive leadership responsibilities.

• Capability to frequently lift, carry, and push/pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive movements with feet/legs and hands/arms.

• Proficiency in using vision and depth perception for tasks at various distances and identifying as well as distinguishing colors.

• Competence in using hearing and speech for verbal communication and detecting alarms or malfunctioning machinery.

• Regular use of a keyboard for data entry tasks.

• Capability to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, and grip.

• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and push/pull objects weighing between 25–50 lbs.

• Occasional or rare climbing ability.

• No professional license or certification is required.
