This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the regional financial narrative through EBIT, encompassing actuals, forecasts, budgets, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Conduct financial performance evaluations with regional, site, and program leaders.
• Convert operational performance into financial results across revenue, labor, delivery costs, gross margin, operating expenses, and EBIT.
• Maintain a balanced portfolio perspective and prioritize financial support.
• Lead the development of the regional annual plan, rolling forecasts, long-range outlooks, and scenario analyses.
• Challenge financial assumptions by utilizing operational drivers, historical performance, contractual economics, pipeline changes, inflation, foreign exchange, and site-level cost dynamics.
• Identify and quantify risks and opportunities, assign responsible owners, define actions, and monitor realization dates.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Pricing, and Operations on renewals, scope modifications, minimum commitments, and margin enhancement.
• Raise structural concerns regarding pricing, contractual terms, billing mechanics, or delivery design.
• Set priorities, allocate portfolios, mentor, and review the work of assigned Operations Analysts.
• Ensure backup coverage for essential programs and billing cycles.
• Establish standards for forecasts, variance explanations, management reporting, invoicing controls, data quality, and stakeholder follow-through.
• Coordinate with Workforce Management on staffing, productivity, scheduling, and capacity parameters.
• Collaborate with Accounting on close quality, accruals, revenue recognition inputs, cost classification, reconciliations, and recurring data issues.
• Keep documented approvals for invoicing, journal-entry support, forecast modifications, and significant financial assumptions.
• Advocate for standardized, scalable reporting and analysis while eliminating low-value manual tasks.
• Work with the Automation Analyst to prioritize use cases, establish requirements, validate outputs, and assess adoption and value.
• Employ AI-assisted analysis for anomaly detection, driver identification, scenario generation, and management narratives while ensuring human review and financial controls are in place.
• Encourage self-service insights and guarantee that automated outputs facilitate clear decisions and actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline.
• Generally, 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or operational finance, including leadership of analysts or cross-functional workstreams.
• Proven ownership of a multi-client or multi-site P&L and the ability to articulate performance from revenue to EBIT.
• Strong capabilities in planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, business case development, and executive communication.
• Experience in BPO, contact center, outsourced services, or other labor-intensive service environments is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and business intelligence tools.
• Practical experience in enhancing finance processes through automation, analytics, or AI-enabled tools.
• Advanced degree or CPA/CMA certification preferred.
