This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to the Senior Vice President of Sales and serve as the financial liaison for the entire go-to-market organization.
• Develop and sustain a driver-based sales capacity model that aggregates new, expansion, and usage revenue across the Enterprise.
• Oversee role-specific go-to-market headcount planning for Account Executives, Customer Success, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Engineers, covering annual plans and quarterly reforecasts.
• Collaborate with the People/Recruiting team on the timing, sequencing, and criteria for hiring triggers.
• Provide counsel to the Head of GTM regarding territory and segment design, quota establishment, coverage ratios, and allocation of GTM expenditures.
• Create and stress-test sales compensation plans and quota attainment scenarios in conjunction with RevOps.
• Manage GTM operating expenses, budget comparisons to actuals, variance reports, and the GTM perspective of company forecasts and long-term plans.
• Monitor Customer Acquisition Cost, payback period, magic number, Net Revenue Retention/Gross Revenue Retention, representative productivity, and ramp-to-quota; develop ROI cases for headcount and initiatives.
• Generate GTM performance narratives for leadership, board presentations, and fundraising documentation.
• Automate planning and reporting processes through the use of AI.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in strategic finance, preferably in high-growth technology firms, investment banking, or consulting.
• Significant experience in developing detailed financial analyses to inform business decisions.
• Capability to devise solutions in areas of ambiguity and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to foster strong collaborative relationships with business partners.
• A proactive “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
• Familiarity with financial statements and accounting principles.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and meet current or future US work authorization requirements.
