This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and carry out data analysis to support the formulation and evaluation of financial and operational policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Assist in gathering, validating, and analyzing financial data and information.

• Aid in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to finance and operations.

• Help coordinate and document meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, managing correspondence, and preparing communication materials.

• Assist in the upkeep and enhancement of the Finance Intranet, focusing on content management and improvements to user experience.

• Support training initiatives, internal knowledge sharing networks, and the community of practice.

• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

• Acquire practical experience in financial management processes within an international organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• University education in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Must be in the final year of undergraduate studies, enrolled in a graduate degree program, or within two years post-graduation from a bachelor's, master's, or PhD program.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a multicultural team.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in another UN language is advantageous.

• Submission of a completed UNU P11 Form is required.

• A motivation statement must be included in the P11 form.

• Two recommendation letters are required.
