This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Maintain, grow, and enhance the Healthcare Practice Finance business within a designated geographic area or market segment.
• Increase revenue by seeking out new business opportunities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with referral sources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to establish comprehensive banking relationships.
• Identify prospects and nurture new customer connections.
• Offer suitable financial products and services to potential clients and existing customers.
• Recognize and leverage sales opportunities through appropriate referrals.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Five to seven or more years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably with direct practice financing experience demonstrating proven success.
• Advanced expertise in credit products, programs, financial analysis, and associated documentation.
• Comprehensive understanding of secured lending requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare practice financing products and services, along with current market trends.
• Strong credit analysis capabilities and the ability to engage and provide insights to credit approval teams.
• Excellent relationship management, business development, and negotiation skills.
• Well-honed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong sales aptitude.
• Extensive knowledge of banking products and services.
• Capacity to work effectively with individuals and teams across the organization to manage customer relationships.
• Well-developed written communication and verbal presentation abilities.
• Ability to adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety policies.
