This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Retain, develop, and grow the Healthcare Practice Finance business within a designated geographic area or market segment.
• Increase revenue by seeking out new business opportunities.
• Establish and enhance relationships with referral sources.
• Collaborate with internal partners to establish comprehensive banking relationships.
• Identify potential clients and cultivate new customer relationships.
• Market and sell suitable financial products and services to prospects and clients.
• Recognize and leverage sales opportunities through relevant referrals.
• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Five to seven years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with direct practice financing experience and a track record of success.
• Advanced knowledge of credit products, programs, financial analysis, and related documentation.
• Comprehensive understanding of secured lending requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare practice financing products and services, along with current market trends.
• Exceptional credit analysis capabilities and the ability to provide insights and feedback to credit approval teams.
• Strong skills in relationship management, business development, and negotiation.
• Well-honed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient sales skills.
• Extensive knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals and teams across the organization to manage customer relationships.
• Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills.
• Commitment to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety policies.
• Must meet applicable employment eligibility verification and background-check requirements.
