Finance and Insurance Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist with sales initiatives in Zurich’s Los Angeles office and designated region.

• Contribute to growth and profitability through sales associated with the Finance & Insurance portfolio.

• Develop and nurture relationships while facilitating production within existing accounts.

• Secure referrals for new F&I business prospects among major franchised automotive dealers.

• Enhance performance and drive key initiatives through continuous training and development within dealerships.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders through email, intranet, newsletters, and other pertinent communications.

• Participate in conferences, seminars, training events, and other meetings to advance Zurich’s marketing efforts as required.

• Stay informed and adapt to evolving technology and IT needs of customer accounts.

• Foster internal support to maintain robust customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of experience in sales, or a High School Diploma or Equivalent with 4 or more years of experience in sales.

• Preferred candidate will reside within the territory, which encompasses California and may extend to parts of other states.

• Comprehensive understanding of sales principles, techniques, and terminology.

• Experience in dealership training.

• Proficient knowledge of technology utilized within the dealership environment.

• Familiarity with all F&I products.

• Understanding of warranty claims techniques and terminology.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
