Finance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute monthly closing procedures for both entities.

• Record accounting transactions on a monthly basis.

• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses.

• Develop Fund Utilization reports for donors.

• Prepare and submit GST and TDS returns.

• Support the completion of audits and various regulatory compliance tasks.

• Aid in ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com or equivalent / MBA in Finance.

• 3 to 5 years of pertinent finance/accounting experience.

• Familiarity with GST/TDS filing, reconciliations, and audit assistance.

• Experience in preparing and filing GST and TDS returns.

• Proficiency in monthly period closing and journal entry posting.

• Expertise in balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis.

• Strong command of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar tools.

• Understanding of Indian regulatory and compliance standards.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A sense of ownership and accountability.

• Capability to manage deadlines throughout period-close and filing cycles.

• Ability to collaborate across different functions.
