Finance & Accounting Outsourcing Manager – NetSuite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of outsourced accounting and financial reporting services for a diverse portfolio of client engagements.

• Act as a reliable advisor on accounting operations, reporting, and enhancements to business processes.

• Guide, mentor, and advance the skills of accounting professionals, including those in offshore teams.

• Supervise client onboarding, system implementations, and transitions of processes.

• Examine financial statements, management reporting packages, reconciliations, and other deliverables for clients.

• Utilize NetSuite to enhance client accounting functions, reporting, and process optimization.

• Track engagement performance, resource utilization, and client satisfaction levels.

• Recognize opportunities for efficiency improvements through process enhancements and technological solutions.

• Handle multiple client priorities while ensuring exceptional service quality and delivery standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including managerial roles within a public accounting firm.

• Proven experience in providing outsourced accounting, client accounting advisory, or controllership services to various clients.

• Strong expertise in NetSuite is mandatory, including financial reporting and accounting operations.

• Experience with ERP implementations, system optimizations, or accounting technology solutions is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.

• Proven experience in leading and developing accounting professionals, including remote and offshore team members.

• Exceptional project management, organizational, and client relationship management skills.

• Highly analytical, capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
