Final Expense Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Receive warm, inbound leads that are pre-screened in real-time

• Sell whole life insurance specifically for final expenses

• Compare offerings from top-rated carriers

• Provide impartial recommendations tailored to customer needs

• Utilize proprietary software to identify the best product fit

• Deliver immediate decisions at the point of sale

• Assist consumers in navigating their insurance product options

• Address customer objections effectively and achieve sales targets

• Sustain conversations while managing multiple systems and retrieving essential information

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required

• 1 year of telesales experience is preferred

• An active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license is necessary

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required

• A bachelor's degree is preferred

• Job stability is required; a proven track record of career advancement is preferred

• A hardwired high-speed internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and upload speeds is required

• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods

• Willingness to commit to high-volume hours during peak seasons

• Proficient in using a proprietary CRM system, multiple screens, and various systems

• Driven by commission

• Open to coaching and possesses humility
