Final Expense Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Receive real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads

• Sell final expense whole life insurance

• Compare offerings from leading A-rated carriers

• Provide impartial product recommendations tailored to customer needs

• Utilize SelectQuote’s proprietary software to identify the optimal product match

• Deliver immediate decisions at the point of sale

• Address customer objections and meet sales targets

• Work high-volume hours during peak season

• Maintain client conversations while navigating multiple systems

• Engage in leadership development and career advancement opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required

• 1 year of telesales experience is preferred

• Must hold an active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred

• Job stability is essential; a history of career progression is preferred

• Hardwired high-speed internet with minimum download and upload speeds of 20 Mbps is required

• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer

• Capacity to commit to high-volume hours during peak season

• Skill in using multiple screens and managing various systems

• Proficiency in a proprietary CRM system while retrieving critical information and maintaining client conversations

• Experience in financial planning, retention, debt collection, debt consolidation, business ownership, or financial P&L management may be considered
