Final Expense Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Receive warm, pre-screened leads in real-time.

• Promote final expense whole life insurance.

• Compare offerings from top-rated, A-rated carriers.

• Offer impartial product recommendations tailored to customer needs.

• Utilize proprietary software to identify the optimal product match.

• Provide immediate decisions during the sales process.

• Address customer objections and engage in sales discussions.

• Work during peak seasons with high volume.

• Manage multiple systems while maintaining client conversations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required.

• At least 1 year of telesales experience is preferred.

• An active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license is required.

• High school diploma or an equivalent is required.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Job stability is necessary.

• A demonstrated track record of career progression is preferred.

• High-speed internet with a minimum of 20 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload is required.

• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.

• Willingness to commit to high-volume hours during peak season.

• Proficient in using a proprietary CRM, multiple screens, and various systems.

• A commission-driven mindset.

• Possess positivity and leadership qualities.

• Relevant experience may include financial planning, retention, debt collection, debt consolidation, business ownership, or management of financial P&L.
