This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Cultivate and establish relationships with C-level executives, successfully closing sales with high-revenue, complex Ambulatory Care clients.
• Source, develop, and finalize new high-revenue, intricate accounts.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue new ambulatory care accounts that offer significant revenue potential and strategic importance.
• Spearhead enterprise prospecting and manage early to mid-stage sales activities, including outreach, discovery, and qualification processes.
• Create account pursuit strategies that address decision-makers, customer needs, value propositions, and competitive dynamics.
• Foster and sustain relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Oversee complex enterprise opportunities, coordinating internal teams around deal strategies, timelines, and customer requisites.
• Collaborate with pricing, contracting, supply chain, and solution teams to prepare commercial proposals and business cases.
• Assist in financial analysis and the development of ROI metrics.
• Engage in contract discussions and negotiations.
• Keep track of pipeline activities, risks, and forthcoming actions, steering long-cycle opportunities towards closure.
• Travel within the designated territory, up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, typically requiring over 10 years of relevant expertise.
• Reduced years of experience may be acceptable with relevant master’s or Doctorate qualifications.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clear driving record.
• Over 10 years’ experience in originating and closing large-scale sales to Ambulatory Care organizations in the US, including connections with Supply Chain and C-Suite.
• Established and current relationships with Ambulatory Care organizations.
• Proven history of acquiring new customers and managing complex, multi-solution sales cycles.
• Ability to present a portfolio or brag book.
• Experience in creating ROI analyses and financial business cases.
• Strong negotiation skills at the executive level.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Capacity to work across functions within a matrix organization.
• Familiarity with GPOs and the healthcare landscape.
• Demonstrated proactive approach and comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced growth settings.
• Exceptional skills in relationship-building.
• Ability to comprehend technology systems and customer connectivity platforms, articulating their value effectively.
• High proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Multiple instances of securing new accounts with large, complex clients while integrating diverse sales solutions.
• Intermittent travel required; up to 50% travel within the assigned territory.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• MBA is favored.
• The ideal candidate should reside in the Northeast US territory; relocation assistance will not be available.
