This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Provide training for Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Practice Development Managers.
• Assist in achieving qualitative dollar sales, profitability, and market share for Allergan Aesthetics.
• Deliver advanced product messaging and training focused on business development.
• Oversee skill development from entry-level positions to senior sales roles.
• Improve sales representatives' proficiency in conveying scientific information, business development practices, and portfolio messaging.
• Implement sales strategies and training programs across designated geographic areas.
• Aid in the onboarding and development of new hires.
• Lead Field Sales Training initiatives.
• Contribute to the national training plan during the marketing planning process.
• Organize training and development for newly appointed sales managers.
• Track and enhance the progress of new hires throughout the training continuum.
• Manage pre- and post-training onboarding sales calls.
• Participate in at least one new-hire sales training course each year.
• Conduct field co-travels, prioritizing support for new hires.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Leaders, Regional Sales Leaders, and Regional Practice Managers.
• Identify learning gaps and provide written follow-ups and manager follow-up calls after co-travels.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Familiarity with the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Over 3 years of field sales experience in the device industry; surgical experience is strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of sales training experience preferred, though not mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of project management experience preferred; healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• High level of technical expertise and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Capability to form, lead, and facilitate integrated teams and individuals.
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
• Proven experience in delivering group presentations at district, regional, and national meetings, as well as to major customers.
• Strong skills in organization, scheduling, planning, and prioritization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• Competence in developing and executing key strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a car.
