This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Provide training for Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Practice Development Managers.
• Assist in enhancing qualitative dollar sales, profitability, and market share for Allergan Aesthetics.
• Deliver advanced training on product messaging and business development techniques.
• Oversee skill development from entry-level positions to senior sales roles.
• Improve sales representatives’ capability to communicate scientific data, business development methods, and portfolio messaging.
• Conduct field co-travels, training sessions, manager meetings, and National Sales Meetings.
• Implement sales directives and training programs across assigned geographical areas.
• Aid in onboarding and development for new hires.
• Lead Field Sales Training initiatives.
• Contribute to the national training strategy as part of the marketing planning process.
• Organize training and development for newly recruited sales managers.
• Track and improve the progress of new hires, offering coaching and developmental feedback.
• Facilitate pre- and post-training onboarding sales discussions.
• Attend at least one new-hire sales training course each year.
• Complete quarterly field co-travels, focusing on new hires.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Leaders, Regional Sales Leaders, and Regional Practice Managers to select representatives for co-travels.
• Identify and address any learning gaps.
• Provide written follow-up after each co-travel and arrange follow-up calls with managers.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Familiarity with the health care and/or pharmaceutical sector.
• Over 3 years of field sales experience in the device industry.
• Surgical experience is highly desirable.
• More than 2 years of sales training experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Over 2 years of project management experience is favored, with health care experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong technical knowledge and business insight.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Capability to form, lead, and facilitate integrated teams and individuals.
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong platform presence and the ability to deliver presentations at district, regional, and national meetings as well as to major clients.
• Exceptional organizational, scheduling, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in developing and executing key strategies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
