Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee sites in Elkhart extending toward Angola and the neighboring regions

• Offer technical assistance to address network performance challenges

• Participate in efforts to resolve outages

• Manage smaller projects or segments of larger projects

• Provide precise status updates and progress reports

• Identify and propose enhancements related to maintenance and repair processes

• Aid in the creation of job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation

• Complete mandatory training to stay updated on systems, products, and organizational standards

• Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by management

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)

• Vocational/Technical Training or experience in a related field (Preferred)

• 2-4 years of experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred)

• 2-4 years of experience in wireless telecommunications or related fields (Preferred)

• Familiarity with 5G New Radio (NR)

• Understanding of Base Station technology

• Knowledge of Continuous Development principles

• Awareness of Disaster Recovery Planning

• Skills in Network Troubleshooting

• Proficiency in Project Management

• Knowledge of Radio Access Networks (RAN)

• Experience in Technical Support

• Understanding of Wireless Backhaul systems

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Willingness and ability to travel

• This is a DOT regulated position
