Field Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a bridge between the Home Office team and Area Directors.

• Provide coaching, guidance, and problem-solving support to Area Directors nationwide.

• Aid Area Directors in enhancing their skills while fostering one-on-one relationships.

• Conduct training sessions for Area Directors regarding processes and procedures through phone conferences.

• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints from Area Directors and their advertising clients via phone and email.

• Collaborate independently and within a small, cohesive team to resolve issues.

• Handle incoming phone calls to meet current staffing needs.

• Generate and implement proactive strategies to minimize reactive interactions with Area Directors.

• Work alongside the Design team to assist Area Directors in understanding the design process and related administrative tasks.

• Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and through email.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace.

• Resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to remain composed under tight deadlines.

• Previous experience in a call center setting.

• Familiarity with ticketing software.

• Availability to work from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday.
