Field Support Manager – Inspections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular inspections of store racking and cantilever systems to guarantee safety and adherence to National Rack Standards and manufacturer specifications.

• Collaborate and communicate with store leadership regarding scheduling, inspection results, and ongoing training sessions.

• Assess material requirements and pinpoint opportunities utilizing the inspection application.

• Offer insights on industry trends and enhancements to the inspection procedures.

• Execute additional requests as necessary.

• Evaluate independent engineering reviews of inspections for constructive feedback and learning opportunities.

• Carry out and assess store racking inspections within the designated territory.

• Partner closely with store leadership to address immediate safety issues and conduct training on National Racking Standards.

• Generally report to the Senior Manager of Inspections.

• Travel overnight more than 50% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with Tableau.

• Knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).

• Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated project management capabilities.

• Skill in communicating complex or technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to varied audiences.

• Competence in negotiating, addressing complaints, resolving disputes, and managing grievances with both internal and external clients.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• High school diploma and/or GED required.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

• At least 1 year of prior leadership experience.
